DOG KILLER INVITED TO REPEAT ‘ART’

If you want to see what this man calls art, see here. Note all the dog food patterns on the walls around the dog that was tied there to starve to death.

In 2007, the ‘artist’ Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, took a dog from
the street, tied him to a rope in an art gallery, and starved him to death.
For several days, this ‘artist’ and visitors to the exhibition watched the dog’s slow
agony into death.

Now: the Visual Arts Biennial of the Central America decides to invite Guillermo Vargas Habacuc to recreate his ‘art’ for the biennial of 2008.
PLEASE HELP STOP HIM!
